Odor neutralization with Metazene®
Our fragrance oils include Metazene®, an odor counteractant designed to help neutralize common odors rather than simply cover them with perfume. Results depend on the odor source, ventilation and the size of the space.
We look for the source first
On the free walkthrough we check drains, trash chutes, dumpsters, carpets and airflow. If an odor needs cleaning or a repair at the source, we tell you, and our facility services team can handle trash chute and dumpster cleaning or pressure washing.
Steady, timed control
Cold-air diffusers run on a schedule that matches your hours, with short pulses so the treatment stays steady. A technician refills and adjusts every unit every 14–30 days.

Common questions
Will this get rid of every odor?+
No product can promise that. Results depend on the odor source, ventilation and the size of the space. Persistent odors may also need cleaning or repairs at the source, and we'll tell you if they do.
Do you offer fragrance-free odor control?+
Yes. For fragrance-sensitive spaces we can recommend low-output settings or fragrance-free odor control options after a review.
How is this different from an air freshener?+
An air freshener adds perfume on top of the odor, so the odor comes back as the fragrance fades. Our oils include an odor counteractant, and units run on a timed schedule with regular service visits.
